FAQ
Can we customize a package?
Absolutely! Every session is unique because every family is unique. Head to the Experience page to see our standard packages and pricing, but if you're looking for something custom maybe extended family, multiple locations, or something completely different fill out the inquiry form and let me know what you're envisioning. We can build something that works perfectly for you.
Do you offer studio sessions?
Yes! Studio sessions are available and priced separately. If you're interested in shooting in studio instead of on location, just mention it when you fill out the inquiry form and we can discuss pricing and availability.
Do you travel outside Phoenix?
Yes! I love getting out of the heat and shooting in the mountains. Here's how travel fees work:
Phoenix & Scottsdale area — included
Greater Phoenix (Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert) — $50
Mountain Sessions (Sedona, Flagstaff, Payson) — $100
Those mountain sessions are truly worth it. The scenery, the light, the escape from the Arizona heat let's make those memories somewhere magical.
How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking two to three months ahead if you want to customize your date and have full pick of my calendar. If you book within that window, you'll be working with my available dates, but I always do my best to make it work. Life happens I get it so just reach out and we'll figure it out together.
How long does it take to get our photos?
You'll receive your full gallery within three weeks of your session. If you need them sooner, we offer rush delivery one week for $50 or three days for $75.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! We offer beautiful custom albums starting at $300, and you can order à la carte prints directly from your online gallery. We also have print credits available as add-ons if you want to invest in tangible copies of your favorites.
What is your payment policy?
When you book, a deposit holds your date on my calendar. Here's the thing once I block out your time, I lose any other opportunity to work that day. So all deposits are final and nonrefundable. I understand life happens, though. If you need to cancel, your deposit gets held and you can apply it toward rescheduling whenever works for you. You're also welcome to reschedule twice for free because I know things come up. After that third reschedule, a new deposit will be due because at that point I need to protect my time as a business. Your final payment is only due if your session happens if you have to cancel before your session, you don't owe the balance, just the deposit situation I mentioned. Can I reschedule my session?
Absolutely, I know sometimes life happens and I totally understand. You can reschedule twice for free just give me as much notice as you can. If you need to reschedule a third time, a new deposit will be due to hold your new date.
